They were very welcoming, kind, and warm, but I found it odd they did the eye exam via telehealth. That’s probably how they keep their costs down, but I’ve never experienced that before. Not against it, just odd. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because my appointment took two hours. Maybe I need to try a different time slot next go around, but I’d give them another shot.

Lost my glasses & had to come in to get a replacement. Everyone was very friendly helpful and fast. I want to give special thanks to Makhaela. Whom went above & beyond helping me choose a new frame. She was extremely professional, polite &patient. Thank you so much for the speedy recovery of my new glasses.

Ms. Valarie T. was THE. BEST. She worked so hard to make sure I was happy with my frames and made the experience so welcoming. Definitely will come back, 10/10 satisfied with my experience!

Great service very polite courteous everyone was super friendly. Great place to get glasses. Mk was super helpful and very knowledgeable definitely will be back.

Excellent service. They went the extra mile for me to make sure I had the right prescription and extras I wanted to try for my new lenses . Both pair of glasses turned about perfect. Great experience and staff was amazing !
