What an outstanding experience! Brought my mother in for an exam and update to her recently broken glasses. She has some medical issues that offer an opportunity to anyone waiting on her to exercise their patience. Everyone was perfectly nice and professional. MK (Mckayla?) in particular was a superhero today to help Mom select her perfect pair. Glasses were ready on the same day! Mom was all smiles.

They were very welcoming, kind, and warm, but I found it odd they did the eye exam via telehealth. That’s probably how they keep their costs down, but I’ve never experienced that before. Not against it, just odd. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because my appointment took two hours. Maybe I need to try a different time slot next go around, but I’d give them another shot.

Lost my glasses & had to come in to get a replacement. Everyone was very friendly helpful and fast. I want to give special thanks to Makhaela. Whom went above & beyond helping me choose a new frame. She was extremely professional, polite &patient. Thank you so much for the speedy recovery of my new glasses.

Ms. Valarie T. was THE. BEST. She worked so hard to make sure I was happy with my frames and made the experience so welcoming. Definitely will come back, 10/10 satisfied with my experience!

I setup an appointment online, quick and easy. Came in at 9:15 am, everybody was happy and greeted me! Everything went as should, staff was very nice and professional. They were able to use my insurance and I was able to get more than I expected. Thanks, Bob. Visited 8/29/2025 9:30 am appointment.
