Recently I needed a new prescription filled quickly as I was going out of state. I went to this location because of their stated turnaround time. (I live in Longwood so was a bit of a drive). I found every single person to be cordial, respectful, and competent. It was probably the best experience I've had for eyeglasses. On top of that the pricing was exceedingly competitive and they had my glasses done in 3hrs (and they weren't just a single lens). Excellent customer service! Carolina was very sweet and welcoming, and Miguel was the one who helped me the most. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They both made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! A screw popped out of my polarized sunglasses causing the frame to separate and the lens to fall out. I took it to the Winter Park location yesterday morning and was greeted by a very nice lady (wish I knew her name) who repaired them in less than five minutes at no charge. We will definitely be back when it's time to replace our prescription glasses. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. Completely unacceptable. We went in just for an eye exam, and the waiting time alone was almost 2 hours. The entire experience was a complete waste of time. Nobody kept us informed about the delays, and we were left sitting and waiting with no explanation. The doctor took forever, and once we finally saw her, she was not helpful at all. As Snowbirds in the area we found ourselves needing an emergency replacement of prescription eye glasses. We found 20/20 online and were so impressed with their exceptional service. The reception team introduced us to Sasha and Mandy. These two outstanding professionals are amazing. They fitted us with a new pair of fashionable reasonably priced prescription glasses in about 2 hours. An absolute amazing team. Thank you all so much for your much appreciated help.
