i had to spend a lot of times to adjust and retake the impression due to open margin. One time i had to remake 3 times and pt was angry. I talked to the lab and i wanted to refund since i am sending the case out to the different lab they refused to refund.

I had an excellent experience as a new patient. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The request from my dentist was actually ready ahead of time and I was super happy with the results after 1st try. State of the art technology and courteous service. Highly recommend this place.
For the handful of cases I've sent over this far, PFM crowns and complete dentures coming back beautifully with little to no adjustments needed! Good anatomy and crown margins closed all around. Thank you!! Makes my day way easier, makes me happy to deliver a good crown and denture set, and makes my patients so much happier with a smooth and quick appointment.
My dental clinic sent my denture to add a tooth. It came back with the metal structure twisted. My denture was destroyed. It was rocking in my mouth. The dentist sent it again to repair, it came back rocking. 3 weeks with no denture and I have many teeth missing, I called my clinic and request the info of the lab so i can get a serious response and solution.
