That’s such a great Greek private school for prek3, UPK4 and K-8 students. The teachers and staff are amazing, they all have a high level of professionalism and dedication for all that the do. We have been with A. Fantis almost for 2 years right now and there is only positive experience. The best thing is that teachers and students can learn a lot during the school time. As a bonus they have to learn Greek which amazing. We appreciate a lot all these people for all these years! Highly recommend to everyone!

I so happy to have found A. Fantis for my kids. Although it is a Greek Orthodox school, they are so welcoming of everyone and my kids feel at home here even though they are not Greek. I am so impressed by the teachers and faculty, and really applaud the principal for making the school feel like such a tight knit community.

A Wonderful little school in the heart of Brooklyn with a strong focus on academics, student character, community, and communication. The class sizes are small, the teachers are wonderful and care about students. Academics are challenging, but they do give kids time to be kids. Sending our children there has been the best decision we have made as parents. They also have an excellent affordable after-school programming taking the stress out of pick up.

We sent our daughter here for middle school and it has been such a great decision. She is now in 7th grade, properly challenged in a truly caring environment. The teachers have high expectations yet work with the kids to help them reach their potential. I only wish they had a high school too!

We just joined the Fantis family this year and we couldn’t be happier. The school is the right mix of rigor, excellence, supportive and spiritual education. You don’t have to be Greek to apply but you have to learn Greek and learn about the Greek Orthodox religion. Every week we know what our daughter is learning because she needs her quizzes signed by us and we get constant communication of her activities. The school community is the heartbeat of the school. Students and staff are happy to come to school every day. The school provides rigorous curriculum, a warm and accepting school community and promotes joy daily. The Staff and leadership are extremely supportive. The families are beyond generous with their time, resources and graciousness. I love coming to work every day.

The experience here is great! Teachers/staff are very professional, polite and intelligent. The curriculum is good and the benefit is you are provided with knowledge about Greek culture. I really would recommend this to others.

A. Fantis has excellent, dedicated teachers, a first rate curriculum, and a welcoming, diverse, loving community. Because it’s a smaller school, the teachers are able to better know the academic strengths and weaknesses of each student and tailor their instruction. There are many interesting extracurriculars and collaborative efforts with a school in Greece and even an American university! Our experience at A.
