So I was there today and it was end of month so I know they be busy but when 3 managers just walk around pretending to be busy is not okay. This place is my new favorite! They pay well, the staff are utterly amazing and I've had nothing but good experiences:) I recommend this facility to anyone starring or currently donating :) im glad this one opened!
This place is very unprofessional. During my donation last week, i could not help but to over hear staff complaints of management. This went on until the end of my donation. Management needs to treat their staff better from what i heard, i would not want to work along side a management team like they were complaining about. I feel for the staff and will not be returning.
I had donated my 2nd time here today and they only gave me 40 dollars for my 2nd donation even though you're supposed to get 100 after your 2nd donation. I was told not to come for a while after my 1st donation because they had told me to wait until my first born was 7 months so I came back after she had turn 7 months. They said they couldn't do anything about it and also said it looks like there was nothing that had prevented me from coming back which then I explained to her about someone telling me to wait.
