So I was there today and it was end of month so I know they be busy but when 3 managers just walk around pretending to be busy is not okay. I absolutely love this place Daphne and Ruby is amazing!!!🤩 they deserve raises ! They work hard ! This place is clean and friendly ! So many hardworking staff

Staff was alright but they informed me because the ownership in New Jersey is old that they are not updating policies to allow male individuals who have been with other males to donate indefinitely.. all other centers like griffols and CSL allow this. It’s pretty humiliating honestly :/

I had donated my 2nd time here today and they only gave me 40 dollars for my 2nd donation even though you're supposed to get 100 after your 2nd donation. I was told not to come for a while after my 1st donation because they had told me to wait until my first born was 7 months so I came back after she had turn 7 months. They said they couldn't do anything about it and also said it looks like there was nothing that had prevented me from coming back which then I explained to her about someone telling me to wait.
