The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and always smells great. My grandmother enjoys going!!
Employees should definitely Unionize. Someone there should contact SEIU. Employees need to be protected.
If you Love your loved one… Don’t send them here! My mother was treated disrespectfully by a bus driver (Charles)..spoke to my mother like a dog!! The staff could have cared less and never reached out to get it resolved! My 80yr old mother balled her eyes out thinking she did something wrong! After 3 weeks from the incident… I finally get contacted because I complained to another director at another location! Final words from the director Debra at Bridgeton….
