My brother has attended this facility a month now I absolutely love this staff! They welcome you every day ! They take their residents on outings which is great everyday I ask my brother is he comfortable there he says yes! They keep you update via email or sms as to what going on in the faculty I could not have chosen a better pl Thank you Active Day
Staff is friendly however it can use à more welcoming atmosphère i definetly can use à makeover
3/23/24 Updated... This center is for special needs clients with cognitive & mobility issues. If they are higher functioning please put them in a more involved day center with more things to do & day trips at least bi-weekly, you'll thank me later.. This center needs updating with nicer furniture, paint and pictures. It's a bit depressing looking. This adult day care was fantastic with my mom. She was not eager to attend day care at first, however they made her feel welcome and found the areas of things that she likes (such as crafts, games, etc.). After a short period of time, my mom not only looked forward to going multi times a week, but actually ended up missing the day care when she had to stop (due to going into the hospital). Whitney was wonderful and did many things to make this experience great not only for my mom, but for us as the family too!
I love this place and what it has done for my daughter. There are so many activities to stimulate her mind and keep her active. I feel at ease when she is there because I know she is safe and well taken care of. The staff is very warm and welcoming and I feel like they really care about her safety and well being. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a day program for their loved one.
