Its coming together, it reopened as Active Day. Its got a great deal of various activities for all it does and it does vary from day to day. It is a good place to be supervised for health and activities. They do have "field trips", we go to the farm a couple of times a year, there are loads of trips per month there's like 3-5 sometimes if it's a popular place they will go a couple of times like Dunkin or Starbucks, they go to the dollar store, one of my favorite trips is Ward Berry Farm. Great staff who care for their clients
My mother had moderately severe dementia, I say moderate because she is still some what cognitive with voices but not faces. 100% dependent on the care of others. I am her full time caregiver and have been for five years. Mansfield Adult Day Health is the perfect place when I need some time away from the job and my mother really does enjoy going. The staff is wonderful, and caring and I never worry once ounce when she is there. They do provide breakfast and lunch which is a bonus call them I still after 4 years am not ... read more
