I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I was about to switch my mother to this daycare. I discussed everything thoroughly with the director and the social worker before making my decision. The day comes and to say it was a complete and utter nightmare is an understatement. Rude bus driver who parked in the street instead of one of my 3 driveways and expected my 95 year old mother to walk to the bus. Honks the horn which gets my dogs going nuts. I am a friend or relative of resident Communication from the staff to the families is terrible. We are never provided updates regarding our loved one who has dementia. We are never informed of policy changes, such as we can no longer enter the building from the main entrance, we must use the side entrance. Or that we must sign in a family member.
