I would like to thank Active Day for providing beyond excellent service. Tyra, Caroline, Deasia and the entire staff are the best. My mother went to Active Day just weeks after loosing her husband of 61 years. She is still actively grieving but the staff has been a ray of sunshine. In the beginning she didn’t want to be anywhere near people but it has been the best thing since slice bread. The staff is very patient, compassionate, and sensitive to her needs. My mother goes there a couple of days out of the week. She enjoys it, I've met all of the staff and seen first hand, what an excellent job they do on a daily basics. The facility is clean, and the staff puts their heart into taking care of other people's loved ones. It's a job everyone can't do.
All I can say is that Activeday of Sumter is my extended family. What an incredible place for my loved one to spend their time. I have great communication and knowledge of daily my loved ones health and safety. I would like to Thank my extended family for all their hard work and dedication each and everyday. With that said, the staff works on or off the clock to provide the best service here in Sumter for my loved one.
The staff is warm & friendly to their clients & caregivers. If they decide to acquire property to expand as a 24/7 live-in residency for seniors with visitation from family members, I would be comfortable knowing my mom would received the best care ❤.
