Excellent caring staff and doctors. I saw Dr Rao and she was amazing. Answered all my questions and helped me develop a realistic care plan. Wonderful people

I was seen by Dr. Rao for cold symptoms and she never took the time to listen to my lungs, look at my throat or ears; nor was I tested for Covid or the flu. She literally sat on the other side of the room and never laid a finger on me. She was more concerned about trying to sell me on the nerve block procedure their office performs. I was told to keep taking over the counter medication. 2 days later I got diagnosed with bronchitis at another office. I never had any issues with Matt, he always did a great job. It’s nice to see an MD for a change! I really like Dr Rao, I thought she was very respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue with this Doctor. Thank You.

Matt hands down is one of the best doctors I've experienced. He took his time and showed true personal interest in me. I thank God for medical professionals like him.

The whole staff at Aegis has been nothing but helpful and quick to act. From the providers offering exceptional care and giving adequate time to their patients to the back office staff helping move referrals through the system quickly, they all clearly have the same goal in mind: ensure their patients receive individualized, quality care.
