We booked a 5 Day safari for our honeymoon with African Marvel. We did Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. It was great! We were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi and were lucky to get the truck all for ourself. Unfortunately there was an issue with the truck at day 3. African Marvel managed to get us a new truck and driver within just some hours, so we wouldn't miss out on any game drives. The back office was responsive at all times. We only can recommend to book with them!
We had a great experience with Africa Marvel Tours, everything was well organized, the places we visited were amazing. We visited Maasai Mara, lake Nakuru and Amboseli park. We had to reschedule our trip due to external circumstances and they were able to accommodate the new dates. The team is very responsive and will help you a lot before, during and after your trip.
Excellent company to work with. We booked a great Tanzania tour. We got to see a little bit of everything. They really helped us pack a lot into 12 days. They even went out of their way to get some luggage to us that didn't make a flight transfer. We will definitely be going back and using them again. Now that we know what we want to see more of we will tailor our next safari to our wants.
We paid Africa Marvel tours for a 12 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. We discovered that our accommodation had not been paid in the Safari Lodges, nor were our park fees paid. Constant delays, broken promises, we finally cancelled the safari and returned to Nairobi . We have been promised refunds for all our additional expenses but no money has been repaid to us yet. The guides were wonderful, but Africa Marvel ripped us off.
We travelled Kenya and Tanzania with Africa Marvel Tours - learn from our experience, choose ANOTHER operator. We invested hard earned money to afford a 12 day safari. Whilst Africa Marvel Tours was paid in full, repeatedly interruptions and delays occurred because of issues of non-payments by Africa Marvel Tours for things like accommodation and transport.
