This trip exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team did a fantastic job tailoring the experience to my preferences, with excellent lodge recommendations and a well-paced itinerary. The game drives were great, water was always included, and every meal was covered, which made everything feel seamless. Patrick’s service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and reliable—and the vehicle was comfortable and in excellent condition. I’d happily book again.

Beware of this company. I was one of 11 participants on safari tours through Kenya and Tanzania with African Marvel tours. It started as expected but soon deteriorated into situations where we could not easily move to our next safari due to Marvel not having paid for our accommodation and park entry fees anywhere along the way. This was in spite of us all having prepaid for everything months previously. We had to miss the last 2 day venue and return to Nairobi just to ensure we were able to catch flights out in time. Our holiday of a lifetime ruined by the lies and deceit of Africa Marvel Tour Operator. September 2025 The twelve day Safari of Kenya and Tanzania was marred with delays, a feeling of being held “hostage” at each junction of the trip until accommodation and game parks were paid; sometimes by Marvel after much pressure being applied, and from us (for a second time!) to ensure that we did experience some of what was promised to us in our itinerary. We paid Africa Marvel tours for a 12 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. We discovered that our accommodation had not been paid in the Safari Lodges, nor were our park fees paid. Constant delays, broken promises, we finally cancelled the safari and returned to Nairobi . We have been promised refunds for all our additional expenses but no money has been repaid to us yet. The guides were wonderful, but Africa Marvel ripped us off.

We travelled Kenya and Tanzania with Africa Marvel Tours - learn from our experience, choose ANOTHER operator. We invested hard earned money to afford a 12 day safari. Whilst Africa Marvel Tours was paid in full, repeatedly interruptions and delays occurred because of issues of non-payments by Africa Marvel Tours for things like accommodation and transport. A 3 day accommodation bill for 11 people stopped our moving on; until a member of our party paid the location directly. Park entries were repeated unpaid, we missed the... read more
