We had a wonderful experience with airpets. They flew our 2 cats from LA to Milan. Our wonderful liason Dakota was on top of everything including paperwork and communication with our vet , and she made sure things went smoothly from start to finish when they dropped the cats off from the airport. I would highly recommend this company if you need to send your pets anywhere!
I worked with AirPets International to transport my dog, a 75 lbs GSP, from the Eastern United States to Zurich. Overall, it was a very positive experience and my relocation specialist, Claire G. was amazing. Claire did a fantastic job of helping sift through all the requirements and going through all of the steps needed to get the dog into Switzerland. Service and communication was exceptional. Our dog had his dedicated transport coordinator, Dakota, who promptly responded to all our questions and guided us through the process. Our initial inquiries (prior to be assigned Dakota) were answered by Rachel in customer service who was also great. Our dog moved from NYC to Madrid safe and sound. We moved from NYC to Thailand with Rocco our Boston Terrier, and Airpets was the most responsive of the MANY companies I reached out to. Due to the breed things got a bit more complicated trying to find the right - and in. the end only - airline flying our pup, and Dakota who I worked with was extremely helpful and dedicated to the success of our trip.
