I contracted with American Flooring to replace most of my old carpet and vinyl flooring. I have had a good experience using them prior to this. They worked with me to make sure that the products I chose were applicable to my project. The installers were excellent and answered all of my questions, were on time and did an excellent job. Thank you to Kevin and Scott for helping me to do this. It is beautiful!

We had two rooms of carpet replaced recently with luminous color carpeting, cobalt blue and crimson red. Wonderful work was done.

The sales team (Scott Rose) was great, offered us a very good deal on very nice carpet. Their install team was first rate. Professional, timely, and the work is beautiful. We’ll be using them for any future jobs.

I'm so happy that I went to American Flooring to purchase my carpet. Right from the sale, Kevin was a huge help. Kevin gave me my personal space while I was shopping. Meaning, no hawking while I was making my choices. The installer, Terry, is a MASTER at his craft. Best job I've ever seen and feeling so greatful to have the pleasure of his company. Trac, his helper, I hope one day will be just as great. Big Thank-You to , American Flooring!

Several months ago I got some flooring from American Flooring in Lansing for an outside application (my shed). It has now survived two Michigan winters and still looks new. But more impressive than their product was the personal service I received from the sales person, Scott Rose, AFTER the installation. It was refreshing working with a company, and a person, whose top priority is customer satisfaction even in the long run.
