Dr. Joshua Thatcher is a miracle worker. He fixed my tricky brain aneurysm. His staff is excellent. His personality and the way he treats his patients are nothing short of amazing. In a world where doctors don't always listen to your concerns, Dr T is a unicorn. He listens. He cares. And he's a total ROCKSTAR in the operating room. He literally saved my life, and I'll be eternally grateful.
This review is solely based on billing. Do not do business with this company if you can help it. Instead of sending a bill to my home with what I owed after insurance they instead sent it straight to debt collectors. For 86$ ? You’ve got me be kidding me. Disgusting business practice. Again, I NEVER received a bill & I did find out that Texas Oncology is where I originally had my radiology conducted and uses this company.
Not sure who they are but will be meeting with my medical staff to make sure none of my work is sent to this bozo group. They must be struggling financially, on life support because when a business needs to send a 34$ bill to collection rather than to the patient first, they can't be that good. Poor service, probably substandard since I usually need to do the test again. Would have rated it less if possible
This place is a total SCAM. They never reached out to me and then hit me with an absurd bill to collections and I even tried paying it and they won’t take it off collections. I was never contacted about this bill and the billing department is outsourced and 0 help. They just keep sending me back and forth. Do NOT ever use them. You’re better off risking whatever than using them for any medical reasons. TRASH company.
Never received a bill for the $21.53 I owe. You’ve already sent me to collections, so why in the world would I pay you now? You randomly select reviews to reply to stating it’s not your fault, but there are hundreds of radiology practices that manage to bill their patients properly. Shame on you for not figuring out your business practice. FYI your debt collector’s “demand for payment” looks like a shitty scam anyway.
