I needed to have someone served overseas in Thailand. Ancillary clearly details the process and costs on their website. They were willing to answer all my detailed questions before doing any work. They made my daunting task easy and kept me updated on the status and details throughout the entire process. I had a court date March 19 2024. I sent the documents on February 5th, and paid for them to deliver the Documents on February 7th. I called them several times before the court date. On March 10th 9 days before court they still haven't delivered the documents resulting in dismissal. Because they didn't deliver the documents. If I could give them no stars I would. ALC always does good work for my law firm. My cases are usually assigned to a server fast and first attempts are usually done within a day of request. They follow any specific directions/circumstances provided to make sure the parties are served. Their fees are also reasonable. Have been using them for my firm for the past 5 years.

I contacted this company after hiring a different private server to deliver a TPO. That original server found my respondent no longer lived at the address I had for him. After doing a simple Google search, I found the respondent most likely lived in a different county, so I Googled and found Ancillary Legal.
