2025/12/22: The general manager emailed me wanting to correct my bad experience on Monday morning and I now have my magnets. They were courteous enough to refund my order and let me keep the magnets for free considering how far I drove to get them. I told them to at least please post a note on the door if there is a planned closure that isn't publicly available information. Hopefully that will be honored. For future reference for myself and others, I would make sure to call ahead if you are going in person to pickup an order... read more

I just had a really great customer service experience with one of your associates, Denny. The magnets we had been using have been out of stock for several months now. Denny spent a good 1/2 hr on the phone with me going over different options, educating me on the strength and how they work and we came up with a great solution!!!! His customer service skills were Top Notch and it's because of little things like this that we moved away from using K&J... Denny hit it outta the park today and I'm very grateful and appreciative!
