I've owned the AquaGeneral filtration system for over 30 years and can't imagine living without it. The unit keeps all our pipes, faucets and appliances free of mineral buildup, no white crusty buildup. Wife LOVES the soft water especially for showering. We took the unit with us when we bought a different house 11 years ago. Beside the periodic carbon refill service we have only had two repairs performed in the 37 years we've owned it. Zach was our service provider on this job. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional and friendly. Replaced the filter cartridges that were in desperate need of changing..showed me the enormous buildup on old cartridges. Would highly recommend Zach and Aqua General for all clean drinking water needs.
