I ordered their NemAttack beneficial nematodes back in late July 2025 as part of a salted earth approach to ridding our house of fleas and chose two day shipping per the website recommendation, trying to save a buck over next day air. Unfortunately even though the ice packs were still cold when they arrived, the microscope revealed that there were no nematode survivors in any of the samples I looked at. My wife loves to garden and we heard about Arbico Organics on a weekend radio gardening show on 590 KLBJ Austin. We decided to order some beneficial nematodes for our raised beds and flowers. We verified the viability using our son’s microscope. The video is from 300x magnification. We are pleased with quality and look forward to improving our soil conditions and reducing pests.
Purchased 200 Stethorus punctillum (spider mite destroyer). Spent $230. Finally received them after 2 weeks. Half of them already dead. Cold pack enclosed was room temperature. Those that were still alive didn't touch spider mites. Waste of time and money. I won't be using this company again.
Run from this company I purchased $125 worth of Beneficial nematodes. They came in a waterproof envelope with a ice pack, the size Of the palm of my hand and it was warm. From Arizona to Florida 2 to 3 day trip they put a tiny little ice pack in an envelope to keep these nematodes viable. After watching other companies Representation of how they send their products in a cooler with a block of ice and they tell their customers if it arrives warm please call them cause the nematodes will not be viable and they will resend. Finding the product and ordering were straightforward. After a several day delay (order placed on May 13), and no contact I reached out for a status on my order (# 787413) and was told that 2 of the nematodes were out of stock and they were waiting for a new batch, then quality assurance before shipping. I appreciate that level of attention. However, the product when delivered (May 21) smelled like bad milk, meaning the medium in the package had turned.
