I’ve been ordering from this company for a while to help protect some exotic plants I have at home and have been amazed with the quality of pest control and beneficials I’ve been receiving. I’m ordering from Alaska and always try to plan deliveries when the climate is favorable. I had only one order show up where the bugs didn’t come out of their cryo sleep and arbico sent a replacement out super fast, thank you for helping me keep my plants thriving!!
I ordered their NemAttack beneficial nematodes back in late July 2025 as part of a salted earth approach to ridding our house of fleas and chose two day shipping per the website recommendation, trying to save a buck over next day air. Unfortunately even though the ice packs were still cold when they arrived, the microscope revealed that there were no nematode survivors in any of the samples I looked at. I ordered the solar fly trap and one of the packages was opened on arrival. I called customer service and spoke with someone immediately. No automated voice machine and the person spoke English! They were very accommodating and helpful. I got a replacement right away. I will forever be a customer based on their customer service alone. What a great company to support!
Ordered some mites and they came perfectly on the delivery day, with a WHOLE extra container of mites delivered as well. No waiting. No bs, this company has amazing customer service and they respond extremely fast if you contact them. Only positive things to say about this company and workers for sure!
I was looking into getting some bugs for my indoor plants and ordered some worms on Oct 21. Within an hour, after doing some additional research I realized those were not the ones I needed. I called customer service to cancel the order. The lady was super nice and said she canceled my order. I asked about which bugs help with thrips and mealys.
