Great people, really helpful staff gave me real solutions for my problems. The compost is the best stuff for the garden especially in our clay soil it adds a good aeration due to The texture, we get a pickup load almost every year and spread it over everything and I always get $10 off. Spider mites suck! In so many ways. Why do I have to keep relearning this every single year? Sprays - I have no issue with chemicals, if they work and if they don't end up killing your plants. Every year after a summer outside (northeast) my plumaria, even after spraying, brings in spider mites that then proceed to wreak havoc and death to the rest of my collection that is exotic (mainly tropical) and has become valuable. I’ve been ordering from this company for a while to help protect some exotic plants I have at home and have been amazed with the quality of pest control and beneficials I’ve been receiving. I’m ordering from Alaska and always try to plan deliveries when the climate is favorable. I had only one order show up where the bugs didn’t come out of their cryo sleep and arbico sent a replacement out super fast, thank you for helping me keep my plants thriving!!

I've had great success getting rid of ants and 3 types if desert termites eating my rotten wood raised beds. It worked very quickly. The person who helped me on the phone was fabulous! I apply beneficial nemmies every season and I'm buying more now because I slacked off and got murders by spider mites. REDRUM for the slider mites and ants that eat my sunflower and other seedlings!

I have purchased beneficial bugs online three times. The prices are very reasonable. All the ladybugs were very well cared for and alive upon delivery. (100% alive, healthy & rearing to go) I kept them in the refrigerator until the evening. Each time I followed the instructions for the release in the evening and the next morning I have found the ladybugs doing their job in the garden.
