We DO NOT recommend this builder. We contracted with Luxe Development Group dba Arizona Garage Builders to build a small, simple 500 sq ft pool house in our backyard, but this project ended up being anything but simple. The project has been ongoing for 11+ months. We had to hire our own subs to get many items completed correctly (i.e., decking, plumbing).
