Joey is friendly and professional. He is great with keeping up with communication and knowledge about the products. The kids have enjoyed the play set so far. I think the slides are a little flimsy because I am about 135 pounds and when I get on the slide it moves a lot. Some of the parts were installed incorrectly but Joey and his Manager made sure they had it corrected in a timely manager. They had a great black Friday sale that made delivery and set up $199 dollars! It was so worth it to us so we didn't have to spend a whole day setting it up ourselves. My girls love it! My only complaint is don't buy the add-ons (like an infant swing) from them, you can get it much cheaper online. The delivery and set up guys were fast and friendly.
They were super helpful in helping me purchase a swing set!! The guys that came and put it together were so friendly and the quality of the play set is top notch! Watching everything that went into putting it together I’m so thankful we had them do it. Watching multiple men test out and stand on it helped ease this Momma’s mind knowing it would hold! I HIGHLY recommend buying from them!!
We have had a great experience with Backyard Specialists. We bought a playground set and basketball hoop through them and have had them move it to a new house. The equipment is top notch and the installers were very professional and stayed late to get the job done. Would highly recommend using them for new equipment or to move old equipment to a new residence.
The equipment is good if you can ever get them to deliver and assemble it. We paid the fee of $450 on top of the thousands for the set. We have now been blown off for the 4th appointment. We end up calling them when it's after the time they said they'd be here. We're getting lots of "I'm sorry" but our set still isn't done and our kids keep getting disappointed. We paid in full a month ago and are still waiting. Save yourself the trouble and find another company that cares about expectations and delivery.
