Absolutely outstanding service from Barbeque Pro! This is the second time I’ve used them to clean my Napoleon Prestige Pro 500, and once again, they brought it back to looking brand new. Their technician, Shane, was incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I want to update my review for BBQ Pro after they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After the first cleaning, I felt there were some spots that could’ve been done better, like under the flat top. I gave them my feedback, and right away their operations manager called me personally to follow up. They didn’t just brush it off — they sent another technician right away. After years of trying to clean the barbecue ourselves, we called Barbeque Pro and the name defines them. Great communication, friendly and personable technician and the quality of work is excellent. Our technician, Fernando, was excellent. He arrived on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean our BBQ. It looks like new. He was personable and explained everything. He also pointed out an issue with the burner that was cracked so we have ordered a new one. Would definitely use this company again
Further to my review below, Barbeque Pro reached out to me within a couple of hours of my posting the below review to apologize for the oversight responding to my query, and for the honest clerical error related to billing (when I contacted them about the additional amount billed, it was refunded immediately with apologies).
