Absolutely outstanding service from Barbeque Pro! This is the second time I’ve used them to clean my Napoleon Prestige Pro 500, and once again, they brought it back to looking brand new. I want to update my review for BBQ Pro after they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After the first cleaning, I felt there were some spots that could’ve been done better, like under the flat top. I gave them my feedback, and right away their operations manager called me personally to follow up. They didn’t just brush it off — they sent another technician right away. I recently called Barbecue Pro because one of my four burners wasn’t working. They were friendly and efficient, quickly setting up an appointment to fix it. On the day of the appointment, I had a last-minute conflict and let them know I wouldn’t be home. They assured me it wasn’t a problem and came by anyway.
