It is such an easy experience. Bbq pros, Floyd comes to the house goes in the yard garbs the hose and gets to work. Two hours later BBQ is as good as new. It’s amazing. I’m a repeat user and I have only positives. Great job to Floyd in the heat working hard. Thanks for making my dirty que brand new. I bbq’d 30 mins after you left I couldn’t wait!!
I am SO glad I chose Barbeque Pros for this job... not only did they have the best price, Ivan was also amazing! He was meticulous and left me with a BBQ that sparkled like when I first bought it. AND he also left no evidence that he had even been here (which you don't see that often anymore). I highly recommend and will be calling again when the time is right!
Absolutely thrilled with the service from BBQ Pro! My 15-year-old grill has been brought it back to life yet again by them—it looks brand new! The team was professional, prompt, and left no mess. I want to update my review for BBQ Pro after they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After the first cleaning, I felt there were some spots that could’ve been done better, like under the flat top. I gave them my feedback, and right away their operations manager called me personally to follow up. They didn’t just brush it off — they sent another technician right away.
