Service was great - BBQ looked brand new. Technician was prompt and professional. I can't wait to use it again. Customer service was a 10/10. I am very satisfied with the BBQ cleaning services I got for my parents. Chris M was fantastic and really put work in under the hot sun! We considered buying a new BBQ, but are very happy that this is the route we took because it turns out all the burners do work! Ha. The prices on the website make it very transparent so you know what you’re getting yourself into versus most places where you have to email in for a quote. Wow! Amazing. My daughter booked Barbecue Pro to clean my Barbecue. She had them bring me a new wooden scraper to use in the future as well. She assured me they would follow up and communicate to me once we booked. Super impressed with the communication before the service and the day of the service. My BBQ looks AMAZING! Husband said "If you keep these guys cleaning the BBQ, we won't ever need another one!" I did my best to do a pre-winter cleanup a few weeks ago, but I just didn't have the tools or skills to get all the carmelizing from under the hood, or really get between the grills. I am clearly a sceptic and I have been for quite some time. I just recently had my 10 year-old barbeque professionally cleaned for the very first time. I'm embarrassed to say that it was pretty filthy. The technician literally spent hours cleaning and grinding away the dirt and it looks just like brand new. I can't be more impressed. I would easily recommend a service to anyone.
