I want to update my review for BBQ Pro after they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After the first cleaning, I felt there were some spots that could’ve been done better, like under the flat top. I gave them my feedback, and right away their operations manager called me personally to follow up. They didn’t just brush it off — they sent another technician right away. Our technician Marshall did a phenomenal job. Pretty sure he just swapped our bbq with a brand new one it looked so clean. Would highly recommend BBQ Pro and Marshall. Thank you!!! Temps are perfect and consistent again and food tastes great off the grill.
Our technician, Fernando, was excellent. He arrived on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean our BBQ. It looks like new. He was personable and explained everything. He also pointed out an issue with the burner that was cracked so we have ordered a new one. Would definitely use this company again
Floyd from BBQ Pro did a masterful job in cleaning every inch of my 15 year old Napoleon BBQ and making it look almost new. Each part was removed and thoroughly cleaned, and the BBQ lid was polished to perfection. Floyd was a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend him and BBQ Pro for any BBQ cleaning job.
