My son had an appointment with Dr. Hannabass prior to having surgery. He made a follow up appointment but had surgery in between. We had to cancel the appt once because he was still recovering and then had to recancel the next appointment because he was sick with a fever. I was completely berated by the receptionist for cancelling and was told that we could reschedule, but if he couldn't make it the next time he would be dropped from the practice. I had a referral for Kyle Hannabass ENT for a foreign body embedded in my right earlobe (plastic earring back) He was pleasant, explained what he was going to do, removed an earring back from my earlobe, prescribed an antibiotic, told me to keep area clean, use alcohol and topical antibiotic ointment. I had forgotten to ask him for a prescription needed to counteract the antibiotic so I wouldn't end up with a yeast infection. Brentwood team don’t know how to process billing. Working with them from more than 3 months and still not resolved
I have been coming to Dr Naggasetty for 3 years now and he is a very caring Dr. I will continue to see him when I have a problem 😀
