He was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and just genuinely great to work with. He kept everything moving and made what could have been a stressful renovation feel manageable.

After our house fire and in our most vulnerable time BELFOR was with us every step of the way. They were first on site, knowledgeable, kind and respectful of what we going through. Pam and team took great care in packing up our home, her attention to detail, compassion and care was consistent from pack up to delivery one year later. We would like to thank Darren and his team for the amazing work they did in our home. The workmanship was professional, completed on time and there recommendations were very helpful for the selection of materials, cabinetry and mechanical systems used in our home. At the time we were living out of province and relied on Darren to manage the project and he was always available to discuss the many different options and timelines during the project. Belfor Property Restorations was amazing to deal with. Our house was damaged significantly by hurricane Fiona and unfortunately our insurance company did not have a large customer base on the East Coast, so we were left on our own to find our own contractors. We called around to everyone we could find on Google. Every one was booked solid, even Belfor, but they heard our desperation and took us on as clients. The Belfor team did a nice job in helping us deal with a minor water damage situation which required some thoughtful investigation to determine the leak, which wasn't obvious. Once determined, Belfor organized all necessary trades and proceeded with the repair. The team was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. We would call the Belfor team again for any insurance-related or non-insurance related home repairs that need skill and proper attention to detail.
