Our flooring was damaged during a kitchen renovation and we are so happy that our Insurance provider suggested Belfor Property Restoration. Project Manager, Melissa Martins and assistant Shannon Stahn and their team did outstanding work. Melissa was amazing with coordinating the different trades and communications with us. Nilesh and I were very impressed with her work and attention to detail. Thank you Belfor, Melissa, Shannon and the entire team. You have a very happy customer!!

We had significant water damage to our main floor kitchen and basement below. Belfor was on site within 24 hrs of our call. We dealt with Stephanie Mueller and her assistant Brittnye Guyot-Meng. Mitigation and repair plans were laid out in detail in advance, coordination with trades was meticulous (and they arrived as scheduled and on time), and work was done on schedule and as promised. Belfor exceeded our expectations. We had a flood at home that required significant restoration. The Belfor team was onsite same day to stabilize the area. Once the insurer gave the go-ahead, we had a project plan that outlined team members, work required, and delivery dates. Each step was back-to-back; no gaps or delays. My experience with Belfor to deal with our basement flood was exceptional. Project managers Aga Marzec and Jocelyn Mueller were very helpful, organized and responsive. Their packing and cleaning team was efficient with excellent customer service. And all teams including flooring, painting, plumbing, and cabinets have very good workmanship and attention to detail.
