Absolutely pathetic how we were treated after suffering a flood. Zero communication from the start, the workers had a terrible attitude and created unnecessary, additional totally unnecessary damage during the demo period. Belfor struggles with communication. The project manager Cody was MIA constantly, to the point his own team had no idea where he was and couldn't get answers. Belfor overloaded my unit with blowers and fans trying to dry out my little townhouse with 32 machines. Permanently wrecked my electrical in my house. The crew spent the majority of their time outside smoking complaining about their coworkers than working on the home. Didn't find full problem until I questioned a part of damage two months after initial inspection. Has been finished now for a month still no final bill. Had to phone to get bill so I can finally get this ordeal overwith.

***June 4-UPDATE*** After posting this review, Belfor reached out to advise they had just been waiting to gather information before issuing a response but that they would be covering the cost of a new dishwasher. It still took them over 2 weeks to prepare the cheque and deliver it. Our experience has not been good enough for me to change the star rating on this review. We experienced a small house fire in the exhaust fan of the ensuite bathroom. I contacted my insurance company and Cody arrived very quickly. Cody was calm and clear about what was happening next, he answered my emails and calls and even let me know who to call at the insurance company with questions.
