A small kitchen fire caused a putrid smelling smoke to permeate our whole house. Within minutes of calling Belfor, Mark was at our house w/a filter, and reassurances that came to fruition. Belfor helped us access our insurance policy so their amazing team could clean and use ozone to remove the smell. Each person who came to clean, prep, and employ the unit was professional, kind, and courteous. I remain grateful to everyone at Belfor who did their part to save our home from potential disaster.
