We are very happy with the quality of the work that was completed at our home this winter. We had a bedroom renovation that involved removing the stucco off the walls and making them smooth and paintable. After a nasty pipe leak in our basement Gregg was the first on seen within the hour. Short there After Ben & Brad showed up to start the renovation. With coordination of Jason setting up time schedules, Ben & Brad went at it ! I can't believe how fast this project was done. Quality workmanship of Brad is astounding!! We recently found an old water leak in the storage room of our lower level. Belfor responded promptly to assess the damage and needed repairs to the affected walls. We had the unfortunate luck of being hit by a tornado but the very fortunate luck of getting Rob and his team to fix our house. Rob and Greg are very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything. Their service is amazing; they always respond to emails / phone calls and they listen to your concerns. I can’t say enough positive things about Belfor Barrie! I recommend them to everyone. I hope to never experience a tornado again but if my house is damaged again Rob will be my first call. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Belfor! My parents had the unfortunate circumstance of a vehicle crashing into their home. Within a couple of hours, John arrived at the house to assist with securing the door so we could leave. His calm demeanour was very much needed during those stressful first hours.
