I would be more than happy to discuss the issues experienced over a call. This is what I have tried to do over the last several months however here we are. I was extremely disappointed with Katt Cooper, Project Manager. I had a backup in my basement and Belfor was assigned to the claim by my Insurance company. From the initial response on the night of the backup, through to the completion of the repairs, Belfor was fantastic. Myles Kirkhammer was the project manager and he did a great job. He spent time with me to review the work to be done, clearly answered my many questions and was always available via phone or email. Katt Cooper was such an amazing project manager, everything went so smoothly and on time, plus she was extremely communicative throughout this whole experience, whether it be via email or directly over the phone!! 10/10 highly recommend for any project you need!!
I would like to speak specifically to the service provided by Katt Cooper. Probably some of the worst service I have ever seen provided by a company. Rude, antagonizing and consistently will not speak to the horrific work and service they provide. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company as a whole. STILL waiting for that call back Katt. A friendly reminder that you can't act unprofessionally on such a consistent basis with no repercussions.
Katt was phenomenal during our whole basement restoration after a flood, excellent communication from start to finish and made sure everything met deadlines n satisfaction. Highly recommend her for any restoration project. Thanks again Katt!
