Great experience from EVERYONE at this company. The people quoting, the crew and office are all conscientious, professional and polite. For instance, the guys doing cement work were very careful carrying cement batches inside the house, cleaning and checking on cement levels for any changes. Really appreciate it NOTE: another review mentioned Belfor not showing up and poor communication. Belfor did cancel once due to an emergency from another customer and our communication was great. This past spring our assisted living facility experienced a fire that displaced all 36 residents. Fortunately, no one was injured and we are so grateful for that and for the Belfor team. They arrived just a few hours after the fire and began working immediately and haven’t stopped since. Belfor, specifically Brendan, has picked up where another company left myself and my HOA in disarray.
