We had water damage caused by our sump pump and our insurance company arranged for Belfor Property Restoration in Collingwood to contact us. Matt Lougheed called and arrived to our home immediately taking pictures of the whole basement as damage was throughout. Matt explained what would take place in the next few days of their services. The system took some time to arrive from the manufacturer but Trevor was with us every step of the way to get things done properly and without any wasted time.
After having a water pipe leak in my basement apartment I called my tenant insurance. They sent me a wonderful team of professionals who took care of everything!!
