We rent a suite in the Hilliard Mill Run area. There was water damage from Christmas. We were the suite with the least damage. They are still coming to fix the walls and floor molding. The supervisor is blind and does not know what he is doing. The owners of the building has to show him each area that needs fixed. STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company was a literal joke and nightmare to deal with. They addressed my mold problem by wiping a tiny area with a rag and said I was 100% all good. I took it upon MYSELF to look behind drywall and found tons of mold. It was a NIGHTMARE trying to get them to come back out. And, to top things off, the contractor spilled an entire bucket of white paint on my brand new blacktop driveway. Our pipe burst due to cold weather Luis came in handles everything professionally and the hole crew did a great job.. Gerardo and Indigo came backed to do all the repairs to the walls, ceiling, and baseboard and it all looks great. They were very curtious and informative on what their plan was for the day with updates on how it was going and they really care about how good it looks not just to them but us too.
