My apartment complex hired this company to repair water damage. During this process they removed around $4000 of my belongings. I am not the only resident at the property that this happened to. If you want your belongings stolen go ahead and hire them.

I felt so reassured and communicated with throughout the process of restoring my flooded living space. The most gentle part of the experience was their respect of my space, and attention to detail cleaning up/sweeping/vacuuming after the demo work so my living space was still dignified by the end of the process.
