We would highly recommend Belfor, you can stop your researching now! Belfor is one amazing restoration company. They went above and beyond to take care of our home and our family after a flood. It was our first home insurance claim as homeowners and we had no clue what to expect. Fred was the restoration manager and he really knows his stuff! All the sub contractors did amazing work. A friend of mine recommended Belfor for some renovation job in our basement where the previous owner did a terrible job trying to finish it themselves. Belfor did everything professionally. We were very happy with the final result which they added an extra room and a bathroom, finished all the drywalling and painted. I called in a few others but honestly Belfor professionalism sold us their service. The drywalling was superb. Belfor has assisted us in several residential clean ups after water escape. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They worked very well with our tenants to ensure their lives were inconvenienced as little as possible through out the whole process. I would recommend Belor without hesitation.

First of all the people who work in the construction industry not very often get any gratuity for their work from their clients whether it be a verbal or written thank you or review....they certainly don't get tipped and appreciated like the waiter at a nice restaurant does. The review of this restoration company is to help other people make the right decision . Our experience with Belfor start out very well in 2011, when it come to there subcontractors such as roofing company's they use ; this where the first problem start. The roofing company had not followed the requests of Belfor and use; how ever belfor was not on top of the contract to implement these request as well and Belfor ended up having to come back and review the missed request.
