Hello, I have had the absolute worst experience with Belfor. They were deceptive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. They overcharged me by $500. They called me an "emotional and unreasonal woman" and told me to "stop wasting their time". Please do not use this company.
Very disappointed with the work they did on our home. Just because you're the biggest name in the industry doesn't mean you're the best. Project manager didn't seem to care about our home at all. The one thing I stressed was to treat our home as it was your home when he was handling the project and if it wasn't for me stopping by every night to see the progress, all the little problems I feel would have been left unfixed. We've experienced a massive flood in our ministry with extensive damage. The owner Mr. Crosby was dependable, reliable and his work ethic was impeccable.
These guys have been working on the reconstruction of my home for over 3 years and counting now. They gave me an initial estimate of 6-7 months. They would go for weeks at a time without getting anything done on the house, and sometimes months without getting anything significant done. Called several time & could not get anyone to come out! Eventhough my 1st call was at 6:15 A.M. the morning of the flood. Was it because I didn't have insurance & was going to pay cash? I should have been one of the 1st on the list, I call so early. I did get another company to come out & that day low & behold Belfor was down my street doing one of my neighbors home!!!! NOT VERY GOOD!!
