BELFOR is a company that does excellent work. I personally had the pleasure of working with Sam and Zach. They were so nice and professional at all times. I loved the way they communicated with me every step of the way. If an issues came up during the process they did everything in their power to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Well done! Was connected with Belfor after a major fixture failure in my bathroom. Immediate treated as a part of the project and my needs and concerns were addressed with respect and consideration. Sam, the project manager, was extremely helpful in securing storage needs and restoration materials to assess, begin, and complete the job assigned. I recently had a dishwasher leak and called BELFOR for help. Adam and Zach and there team were amazing! They arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and got to work right away. It was also nice that they were communicating with me throughout the the whole process. They not only fixed the leak but also ensured everything was cleaned up perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided!
Do not use this company was promised lean to house would be removed if I paid just under 11k to them out of my own pocket after they took 2 years and 200k+ worth of insurance money, so i wrote check month later and lean still not removed DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGREAT IT.......
We had Belfor Property Restoration handle our recent homeowner's insurance claim regarding the damage caused by a dishwasher leak in the kitchen area. This claim encompassed repairing the downstairs ceiling and painting of one wall. The upstairs area (kitchen and living room) needed repainting, replacing cabinets and flooring. We were even able to pay extra to upgrade the cabinets and flooring above the coverage amount from the insurance company, which basically meant we ended up with a kitchen remodel.
