We had a leak in our kitchen and due to insurance, the project took over 3 months to take care of. I do not blame Belfor for this, but I think they partnered with a cheap contractor and didn't care to help us. A couple of years later, our kitchen floor is coming up. My husband has had to call the contractor many times to come back in to fix the flooring. He comes in with his crew and quickly glues down the floor and leaves.
