Truly horrible service. Restoration from a flood was quoted several weeks, and has now dragged on for 8 months. Decisions made by the crews were not discussed with us beforehand. The house still is not fully completed, and their manager or ‘leader’ never returns our calls or shows up to scheduled meetings. This is beyond ridiculous. We had a roof shingle blow off our house and as a result during heavy rain, some of the water leaked from our attic into our house. Insurance was able to get someone to fix the shingle on the roof; however when Belfor came, they said the ceiling repair in the room where the leak happened, was covered by the "emergency repair". Turns out, they lied to us - it was not covered by the emergency repair, so they billed our insurance, drilled multiple holes in our ceiling, never came back to fix it, and left a mess both times the ... read more

My condo unit was flooded and Belfor restoration was called in by my Insurance company. Jackie and Gina have been amazing! Removing flooring, hauling multiple massive humidifiers and fans, moving furniture including my built in king size wooden bed to get at the flooring under the bed. Explaining everything. We’re not done yet but I have great confidence in this crew.

I recently was involved in a claim at my home that required me to live elsewhere. It was a very hard season, but Belfor was assigned as the restoration team to help with the repairs.
