We recently has a water leak behind our garage wall. Belfor came out to see the damage. I would like to send a review for both Jason & especially James that did the majority of the repairs. James was extremely knowledgeable & did an amazing job. He was prompt,friendly,professional. Jason was just as amazing as James He was a perfectionist and exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Great job belfor for hiring the best of the best. Keep up the good work
Belfor Property Restoration, this is an amazing company! This is just the company you need when you are in need of home repair. Part of my ceiling was removed due to a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Modesto was diligent and paid attention to detail which I greatly appreciated. He was kind, caring and respectful. I would highly recommend Belfor and definitely recommend Modesto.
I have nothing bad to say about this company. Their professionalism and responsiveness were impressive. Angela, Jason and Felix all worked with me and my Insur company to complete repairs due to water damage from water heater. And then to add another problem to the mix, my AC system had to be replaced in the middle of these repairs. No problem, they also coordinated with my AC company, Black Mountain Air. Belfor is a very good company. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always on time, when they make an appointment. I'd like to give a great " Shout -Out" to some of the outstanding workers. Roberto, James, Anuar, Nary, Alexa and not to forget Chuck. Of course there were several other outstanding workers too.
