2 months ago we had a flood that did not cause a ton of damage cause we caught it quickly, but the flooring and cabinet box under the sink needs to be replaced. Our kitchen cupboards and cabinet has been emptied for well over a month and we had our turkey dinner on the patio table cause our dining room one is packed with kitchen stuff. ......2 months later we have NOW had the small area of drywall fixed...no idea if they even removed the old waterlogged insulation first.....we have been waiting 2 days for a simple white box ... read more
UPDATE: To prove our point to the lack of professionalism of this company. The manager Steve decided to leave us a 1 star review out of pettiness. 0 stars Lack of communication within the business. The individuals we dealt with were extremely unprofessional. Based on the experience we had, we will no longer work with Belfor nor recommend them to anyone.
5/5 for Project Manager Izzie, who was professional throughout and moved repairs forward in a timely way despite challenges. We have heard of the challenges others have experienced with home repairs and we are grateful to have worked with Izzie
