It's been a week since I posted the review below and NO ONE has contacted me yet. My basement flooded in July (over 10 weeks ago), along with hundreds of other homes in the city. However, I have been the very last on this company's list for any service, potentially because I am a single woman that companies love taking advantage of. I can't think of any other reason why. Kaan was here for parts of 2 days to assist Matt in removing carpet, and then the second day to remove drywall. He was personable, and did excellent work with Matt, day 1, and Jeremy day 2. We appreciated his/their attention to details. Michael & Tina Brandon
Sloppy work, they took forever, absolutely no attention to detail. Poor communication. I have many pictures and reasons why I would never hire this company again in the future. You would think after a 3 and a half year wait for our place to be ready things would be immaculate. Instead I have a long list of things that need to be addressed. Giant holes/gaps in the stairs, patch jobs that didn’t get painted over, paint dripping on closet doors, bedroom doors that don’t fit properly and won’t close, glue stuck to the brand new... read more
Kaan and Shane were so professional and pleasant. They arrived to help with the clean up of water damage on 2 levels of our home from a burst pipe. They stayed until 9:30 that first day. They worked efficiently and carefully not to damage any belongings. Explaining the process along the way. I’d highly recommend Belfor.
Would like to give a mention to Ryan and the BELFOR property restoration company so far in terms of dealing with a large flooding problem we have had. Ryan has been attentive and prompt with any questions and follow ups I have had in regards to who to see and what are the next steps. Appreciative as the process has been stressful thus far.
