Belfor came out to the church parsonage to help our pastor’s family after water had soaked the basement. They were very responsive to our initial call, coming out in less 24 hours of our emergency need. They were efficient in taking out water damaged carpet, cleaning the space thoroughly, and even did a great job removing wall that had absorbed water and had active mold. What an incredible experience! In what would could have been a very stressful time for my family, Belfor made it effortless. I woke up to a flood in my basement and within an hour Bryan from the Belfor team was at my door. Matt was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going as planned. Bryan was so kind and patient. He always had a smile on his face and treated my home as if it were his own. I cannot thank them all enough for being there when I needed them.

I was not happy with my experience with the Belfor company I worked with locally. First, I was told someone would contact me for assistance in quoting and assessing work and damage but no one called. Once I called back a week later the company advised me that they will not come out and estimate work unless the insurance company is involved (AKA they are getting money for sure) or if they collect 125 dollars an hour. So basically they are not willing to "work" for my business, they just want easy, non-competitive money. I... read more
