The clean up from a mud & Water flood was very stressful We primarily dealt with Betty Martinez who was AMAZING . She was very organized & efficient & her team were great . Betty understood our stress & was professional yet had empathy for our position . She also has a great personality which made the process easier Although we haven’t totally finalized the paperwork etc - Belfor has been a very good company to deal with
Dwayne came and assessed our damage and within hours had a team to clean out the damage. Clean up was thorough and quick, which prevented further damages. The repairs went just as smoothly. Dwayne’s team were e friendly, professional. Dwayne was in constant contact with us to advise of the progress. Would highly recommend them.
