Cheryl and team at Belfor have been wonderful in our Restoration of our condo unit after we had a water flood. They were prompt, responsive, and followed through with what they said they would do. They always listened to our concerns every step of the way. They were flexible to ensure the work was done on OUR schedule, not the contractors. I highly recommend them for any restoration work. Cheryl was the ultimate project manager for this and kudos to her for doing a fantastic job!

On May 27, 2025, at approximately 5:25 PM a Belfour Restoration vehicle cut me off and continued to drive extremely erratically on the 401, weaving in and out of lanes. Finally, they exited on Hurontario Street and continued the same behaviour in a construction zone. Based on prior reviews, it appears that this is a reoccurring issue that has not been addressed. If a staff member is operating a vehicle that is clearly labelled with the company name, reflects poorly on the company as they have no regard for other drivers.

100% recommended! I am happy with the results, Belfort really did a great job managing all different workstreams and all the challenges faced during the process on time and within the budget. I really wanted to Congratulate Cheryl Stern who did an excellent good work managing all the restoration process, dealing with contractors and answering to all my questions on time and solving all my questions and complains in a very timely manner. Cheryl tou are the best! thank you again.

We had a flooding in our basement. Belfor replaced the laminent for us. Everything was taken care off, including moving our heavy furniture. It took about 5 days. Jose and Juan came in today to put the furniture back and clean up. It looked fantastic when all was said and done. They even offered to mop upstairs where they walked in and out. Thank you Belfor for the awesome customer service.
