I would leave zero stars if possible. Horrible communication with a company that never really wanted to do the repair. I used them for simplicity after I had water damage to my home. They were preferred by my insurance company. They gave me no information after they did the estimate and never contacted me back. Belfor was referred by our insurance company following water damage due to ice dams in February. They were quick to respond and dried us out. I was hopeful they'd continue the professionalism they initially demonstrated, but 2 months later and we've yet to have anything done to repair the damage. Steve White, the contact for the Nashville area, does not return voicemails and seems to be at a loss when I finally get in touch with him.
