Thank you BELFOR Property Restoration for making this experience less stressful on me and more mindful of our family situation with babies in the house. The neighbor had a leak that seeped through the shared wall and into our side. Belfor assembled a great team (earlier than what was scheduled) to help me restore my home’s damaged sheetrock to like “new” condition Everyone took pride in their work and worked together to get the job done quickly but not sacrifice quality. Matt and JJ Antolin got the ball rolling by getting an estimate prepared and scheduling the work. Dean, Tavon and Cyrus arrived to start the work. Most useless company ever. They come on strong with smiles and reassurance that they will help you, then when they “finish the job” with work that wasn’t approved or supposed to be done, they make up multiple different estimates with work that wasn’t even done in the home and expect payment for said work. If you try and get ahold of them to figure out what’s going on you get the run around and zero returned calls, then threaten to send you to collections for mistakes that they have made. Belfor is an awesome company. They care about the people they service. We've been having quite an amount of sewage backup and when they were called, they came as soon as they could Their service, kindness, efficiency is of upmost top of the line. Thanks Noah, Sierra, Gavin and Setu. We also can't forget Jaydon (Estimator). We would recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of restoration!! Awesome job team. Sierra and Noah were the best! They were on time and so respectful of my home and helped as much as they could with a really stressful situation with the mold in my bathroom. So thorough in cleaning up and making sure that their equipment didn’t mar the floor or hit the hallway walls. They laid down plastic and did such a great job of making sure the work only had to be done once.
