January 4th we experienced a flood in our kitchen that went down to the basement late at night. Curtis and Dan and team got right in and cleared everything up as quickly as possible to prohibit further damage. It took awhile but we have been impressed with the professionalism of the team and all the trades that were needed to replace the kitchen and half of the basement. We are so pleased with how things turned out. Thanks to you all. Jim, Tania and Dublin.
Our basement flooded and Belfor Property Restoration was recommended. We were very impressed with the Belfor team and all the trades. Andrew Brakus our project manager was a pleasure to work with. He was empathetic, dependable, knowledgeable and very professional. The work schedule was well coordinated. We were kept in the loop and Andrew promptly answered calls and emails. We love our new basement and would highly recommend Belfor.
The contractor for an insurance claim. If I could give negative stars, I would - they were that bad. Not from the labour - the workers were fantastic. The management however... was probably based on nepotism. Completely incompetent, I'm actually not sure how this company stays in business. So anyone reading has background; they took two years to source and replace a gazebo. Two YEARS. If this were a private contract, there would have been legal action taken against them. -10/10, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Our basement flooded after the extreme rain storm a couple of weeks ago. Our insurance company sent BELFOR to remediate the issue. We are very impressed with the company's professionalism and communication. They understand how stressful this situation is and were quick to arrive and get to work. Josh and Colton were especially knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend the BELFOR team's restoration services.
Hi Taylor, Paul and I are so impressed with Dan and Andrew. They are true professionals. They worked very hard the whole day. We knew that the work they had to do was definitely not going to be easy.
