Rob Walker and Evan Berry and their teams did a wonderful job on our very badly damaged plaster walls. We are a museum and they did top-grade work in a very timely fashion, and were very respectful of all the artifacts in the museum. I always call Belfor first because they are fast, reliable and do very good work for the price they say they will. Thanks Even and Rob!
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and special consideration demonstrated by Rob M. (production manager) on getting the necessary repairs done to our leaking roof situation. He was quick in getting here, thorough in his investigations, and very polite! On Saturday morning, Alex and Brian (tech/construction team) were equally impressive. Again, they were very professional in their performance and very considerate. This whole BELFOR team was very helpful at a stressful time! I highly recommend them!
Water in the basement is always a stressful, frantic situation. Belfor arrived at our house within an hour of our call. The project manager, Tiffany, quickly assessed the situation and had the team here with the equipment to start the cleanup process. We were given a clear outline and timeframe for our project. My husband and I recently had a claim for our damaged roof and Belfor managed the repairs. It was an easy and low stress experience. Someone came out to the house the day I put in the claim, and the teams were very easy to talk to and work with through the whole process. Emergency repairs were done promptly, despite there being a lot of demand in our area for roofing jobs due to unusually high winds this winter. Once Rob came on board communication was much better. The project took longer than I expected but given the circumstances of trade shortages weather and so many other tornado damaged projects understandable. In the end product looks great, excellent carpentry work and roofers were great too, I couldn’t be happier.
