I had quite a horrible sewer back up that did damage in the tens of thousands of dollars to a property. Matt, Craig and Kevin of Belfor came in and did the remediation of the problem. On the night it happened manager Charlie Stepp came out at 10 pm to look at it and make a plan. The next day, the toxic mess was cleaned up and over the next few days, the walls, floors, ceilings were cut out and the entire area cleaned up ready for re-build. I had a wonderful experience with Belfor in Pgh PA. They responded immediately to my call. I had water damage in my basement. They removed the water, dried the area over a period of days, and then put the room back together. The project manager was fantastic and the crew was efficient and hardworking. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

Had water damage in bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. Belfor did an excellent job drying out all surfaces. They also did an excellent job matching surfaces of my textured ceilings. Vic and Craig are the best. Not only do they do excellent work they are courteous and respectful of my property. I won’t have anyone else in my home!

We had a shower pipe leak into our walls and closet. Belfor provided amazing, thorough, quick service to fix the problem. And they worked directly with our insurance company. The process was very easy for us to get everything fixed. Highly recommend.

Billy Spinks helped remediate a water leak in my home in October 2023. He was amazing! He adjusted his schedule to fit ours, he was respectful, his work was extremely thorough and he went the extra mile every day he was at our home. Billy stopped by several times on the weekend to address issues. I have had many people provide services in my homes for the past 25 years but Billy is by far the best. Thank you!
