I contacted Belfor after the home show to have my ducts cleaned and then also hired them to do some renovation in my basement (trim, framing, drywall). They arrived on time, responded to my communications quickly, and their staff was polite and tidy in appearance. They finished the work ahead of schedule, on budget and I have no complaints about the results. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

This is the first time I hired Belfor. Right from the beginning they were on the same page as I. They were not here just to fix the problem without knowing why my problem started. They used a drone to get to the root of the problem. From there Belfor assigned the same two guys to start and finish the job. Murray and Devon were very professional. Always on time. I dealt with saint john crew. Took 2 months to do 20 hours work, very slack. Nailed on splash guard, left it up to plumbers to do carpentry. Took baseboards and didn't put back or even return. Put on 1 coat of paint when ceiling clearly needed 2. Unhooked light fixture and never reinstalled. I signed off on job just to get them out of my life. Might as well hire high school kids.

Dealt with Belfor after an insurance claim for water damage/pipe leak and would never use them again. Had to text/call several times for every step of the tear down. They left $3000+ equipment here for months even after I contacted them 5 times to ask them to come and get it. They were large fans that was always in the way for the contractors who was rebuilding - flooring, drywaller etc. They had to be moved back and forth a million times.
