Belfor completed remediation of drywall, trim, basement flooring underlay and flooring. The initial response to our water damage incident was quick and thorough resulting in minimized impacts & claim. The project manager stayed in touch with us regularly as the remediation scope became clear & timelines were developed. The craftsmen employed by Belfor to complete the remediation scope of work were courteous, thorough & professional in their approach and dealing with any issues that arose. I contacted Belfor after the home show to have my ducts cleaned and then also hired them to do some renovation in my basement (trim, framing, drywall). They arrived on time, responded to my communications quickly, and their staff was polite and tidy in appearance. They finished the work ahead of schedule, on budget and I have no complaints about the results. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

This is the first time I hired Belfor. Right from the beginning they were on the same page as I. They were not here just to fix the problem without knowing why my problem started. They used a drone to get to the root of the problem. From there Belfor assigned the same two guys to start and finish the job. Murray and Devon were very professional. Always on time.
